Competitive Change International was formed in 1994 to assist companies increase their competitiveness. The objective is to help both companies and their employees perform at their potential.

While financial performance is often the focus of a change program, the same methodology can be used to improve any aspect of a business. For example, safety and customer service can be improved using these processes. To help manage the change process and particularly to reduce the risk associated with change it is often worth using a business process modelling and simulation package.

Basic Philosophy

The basic philosophy is to maximise employee involvement and transfer skills. The benefits of this philosophy are:

  • improved identification of the real problems
  • superior and more practical solutions
  • it produces long-term persistent change

The major change management processes are:

  • analysis to identify and quantify the opportunities, i.e. 'what is important?'
  • problem solving
  • implementation

Our involvement in business improvement should only be
considered if we can show a return in less than 12 months.
