In December, 1995 I purchased twenty of the above mentioned pots from McKenzie Fishing Co. They have had heavy use by me since that time and I have noted several advantages over the wooden pots.

• They are lighter - easier to handle.
• Because they re collapsible transport is easier.
• More durable than wooden pots
• Can be used to catch giant crabs as well a crays.
• Easier to retrieve when tangled due to their collapsibility.

All round they have proven to be superior to wooden pots and I will be purchasing a further 20 in the near future.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: COLLAPSIBLE CRAY POTS

As an amateur fisherman I have been catching Crayfish out of Anson's Bay (Tasmania, Australia) for about 10 years. This year I purchased several of Mr Allan McKenzie's new collapsable pots with amazing results.

On our first trip we had 2 cane pots and 2 McKenzie's Collapsable Pots in the water, on our first pull one of the McKenzie's pots had 24 crayfish, the other had 7. The 2 cane pots had nil.

On our week long trip the McKenzie's pots caught 3 times the amount of the cane pots. For catching and less room taken up in the boat, I would thoroughly recommend Mckenzie's Collapsable Cray Pots.
